Hope House Foundation seeks conscientious & kind individuals to support adults with developmental disabilities living in their own apartments in the community. These are the positions that we currently employ. Please see our current openings page for the most recent openings.

Team Leader
Full-time position with benefits, M-F 10am-6pm, flexibility required. Salary starts at $31,427.05 per year or commensurate with qualifications. The team leader is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals receiving services. The team leader ensures that quality services are routinely delivered as promised. The team leader orients, trains, and supervises approximately 6 full time employees and 14 part-time employees. Strong time management & organization skills are required as well as effective communication skills and leadership abilities.

Service Coordinator
Full-time position with benefits, M-F 7am-3pm, flexibility required. Salary is $25,500.86 per year. The Service Coordinator is responsible for working with individuals receiving support to develop their individualized services plans, manage finances, and oversee medical care. The service coordinator serves as the liaison with families, vocational staff, medical community and other outside agencies. Exciting job with diverse responsibilities!

Community Support Coordinator
Full-time position w/ benefits, typically Friday – Monday 12pm-10pm, flexibility required. Salary is $26,273.56 per year. The C.S.C. is responsible for leading on a plan for community integration and the pursuit of dreams and wishes with the individuals receiving services. Educate and motivate coworkers on implementing new and existing plans. The C.S.C. also provides direct care with daily household activities. The C.S.C. is the back-up support to the team leader on evenings and weekends.

Support Assistant
Full-time position w/ benefits, evening shifts including weekends, salary is $20,487.29 per year. The primary focus is to provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities. The direct care involves assisting individuals with completing daily living tasks such as meal prep, apartment maintenance, grocery shopping, laundry, daily hygiene, medication, doctor’s appointments, and companionship. Entry-level position with opportunity for advancement!

Support Staff
Part-time position, shifts vary, mostly evenings and weekends, $9.37/hr. The primary duties are to provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities such as assisting with completing daily living tasks such as meal preparation, apartment maintenance, grocery shopping, laundry, recreation, daily hygiene, medication, doctor’s appointments, and companionship. Services occur within the individuals’ homes and in the community. The job is fun, challenging, and rewarding!
