Shifts to fit your lifestyle! Direct Support Professionals can work mornings, evenings, and weekends with varying lengths of shifts. Raising children, already have a full-time job, or going to school? Hope House would be perfect for you! You can also pick up additional shifts when you’d like. Full–time team members have a set schedule, and a generous benefits package with a focus on wellness. Benefits include: health and dental insurance, life insurance, generous leave, 401K pre-tax plan, and a retirement profit-sharing plan.

In fact, most of our full-time direct support professionals began here in part-time positions and advanced into leadership roles throughout the agency. Everyone at Hope House works as a team. We know how important it is to keep those bonds strong through team activities, challenges, and opportunities for personal and professional development. In addition to creating agency goals together, we also strive to make work fun. All retreats and activities are free for employees.

We raise money for Hope House with events throughout the community like the Stockley Gardens Arts Festival, Shamrockin’ in Ghent and Chelsea West Fest. The Hope House Thrift Shop is another way we raise funds – and you can pick up some great bargains there, too.
